　　Do you agree or disagree that universities should spend money on improvingfacilities (labs and general requirements) rather than hiring famous teachers？

　　For example， Mankiw is a famous professorin economics and he made his name for his well-known book ‘the principle ofeconomics’. Thousands of students in Harvard choose his class each year. Themost exciting thing about him is that at least hundreds of students apply Harvard only to have his class. His personal influence helps Harvard to build agood reputation in economics. Besides him， many other professors in Harvard are doing the same thing for their university. Consequently， we should invest money in hiring these famous professors.
