　　The most important investment for a big company is to improve the efficiency and proficiency of its employees.

　　托福写作开头示范：

　　To keep a business up and running, it takes highly efficient and proficient employees in every position to work in their capacity and in synergy with others. To survive from the ups and downs of the world economy, the competence of the company staff counts even more. It is no wonder why the highest high and lowest low of great corporations often relate to the performance of their employees. Some people argue that the best investment for a big company is to establish and keep improving the business system, but I firmly believe that investments in personnel training is more important. Employees are system operators. Bad operators fail even in the best system, while good operators optimize and improvise a bad system.
