　　Spending more money on teacher’s salary could help to upgrade the overall quality of teachers, which is the most important index of education.

　　主题句：提高薪水有助于教育质量的提高。

　　Nowadays, top talents, as scare resources deserving high price in the market, are reluctant to choose teaching as their career, since generally teachers earn much less than doctors, lawyers and scientists.

　　背景信息：工资的微薄影响了老师这个行业对于人才的吸引力。

　　In that sense, paying teachers decent salary may be the most effective way to encourage more talents to enter into education. After all, only with excellent educators can the quality of education be superior. The Renaissance era witnessed the emerging of many great talents, which is largely because, at that time, there were groups of great teachers and educators who were great minds themselves.

　　The founders of Google, Larry Page and Sergey Brin used a garage as their first office when they were 25-year old; Steve Jobs started his apple empire at his parent’s garage when he was only 21 years old. Other examples include the founder of Amazon, Hewlett-Package, Disney, Youtube, etc. These young entrepreneurs are all the best illustration that young people are changing the world.
