　　1.你是否会一直表达你的真实意见,即便你知道这个意见可能不被认同。

　　I will definitely keep expressing my honest opinions even if I know others might not accept them. First of all, an opinion that is not supported by others is not necessarily a wrong one. Maybe I just haven’t explained myself clearly enough to others to understand. So stead of giving up, I will try even harder to illustrate them. Moreover, everyone in a team is expected to contribute his or her own ideas to the work. If I always conform to the group consensus, I will be lying to myself and be irresponsible to my team. But of course, I will keep in mind that while being honest and straightforward, I gotta be very polite when insisting on a different opinion. After all, no one wants to be considered to be a difficult person.
