　　托福写作题目：The most important investment for a big company is to improve the efficiency and proficiency of its employees.

　　托福写作解析：Reason 1: 投资创新是更好的投资方式。

　　Reason 2: 投资提高员工的效率花费很多但不一定能提高公司的收益，因此这种投资不是最好的投资方式。

　　托福写作范文:

　　First, to invest on stimulating innovation is a better way to keep a company have an edge over its rivals and to make more profit. In our age, innovation plays a vital role in taking the market share because people are always attracted by new products and willing to pay for them, which knocks old technique and products out. Take Apple, the most famous smart phone producer, as an example: rather than investing large amounts of money to make their employees more efficient, the company put their investment on innovative projects. As a result, its market share of the world has been in the top 5 since 2011 until now, beating down tons of rivals including Nokia and other big brands.

　　Second, improving efficiency and proficiency can be both costly and risky. If a big company plans to improve employees' working skills, it has to provide a series of training as well as appropriate equipment and introduce new technique, which will cost large amount of money. However, even carefully planned, it does not mean that the output will surpass the input, leaving the company running at a loss. This is true especially for those industrial corporations, because they have to change their machines and systems to improve the efficiency and proficiency of their employees, and the high-cost will put the corporation at risk.
