　　考题解析

　　这是Task1中经典的Free-choice中”qualities or characteristics” Question 的三选一题型，只需给出合理解释即可。

　　参考答题思路：

　　1、Being outgoing and friendly

　　SD:

　　①Easier to win the trust of customers, business partners and employees;

　　②Good to stay positive when encountering difficulties at the beginning of starting new business.

　　2、Being creative and imaginative

　　SD:

　　①Easier to find out the outstanding business ideas out of other business competitors, which make the chance of success much larger;

　　②Help to influence and inspire the employees to be more creative and motivate them to keep going with great passion;

　　3、Being well organized

　　SD：

　　①It helps to lead business develop in an organized and healthy way;

　　② It can have a positive influence on his/her subordinates to be organized as well, which is useful for new business to grow up quickly;

　　③It can land a good impression on his/her customers and business partners, which may bring more business opportunities.

　　此题考察三选一题目中有关领导创业应具备的素质的题型，注意此题是50、70分课上练过的经典题目，需引起考生们的足够重视!!!

　　新托福口语Task1范文：

　　I think being outgoing and friendly matters the most. For a founder of a company, he doesn’t necessarily need to be well-organized, because he has a secretary to take care of everything. If he lacks of creativity, he has his advisors to give him suggestions whenever it is needed. But if he is always silent and give people a cold face all the time, I think there is nothing to be done to make things right sometime. Every staff in the company deserves an excellent leader who is willing to accept others’ opinions, which, somehow, creates a relaxing working atmosphere. This is not hard to say that everyone’s working efficiency is guaranteed. So, if someone is serious about the success of his business, he needs to change his character if he is a cranky guy.
