　　If you could make one important change in a school that you attended, what change wouldyou make? Use reasons and specific examples to support your answer.

　　1 交流能力对现代企业的重要性

　　段落大意：有效的交流是现代企业成功的一个必备因素(因此本题可以写到在学校里加强培养学生交流能力的重要性)。

　　Effective communication is critical for the success of any organization. Through the use of proper communication skills, individuals will be better able to function as a group, thus allowing organizations to share information, to analyze situations and to set goals.

　　2 交流能力对经济发展的重要性

　　段落大意：交流是企业对抗来自国内外发展阻力的手段。

　　In today’s turbulent economic environment and rapid technological change, communication is critical in allowing a business to deal with the restructuring of national and international economies, in preventing market saturation, and in allowing a business to deal with their competitors more effectively.

　　3 学校教育对交流能力的重视和培养

　　段落大意：各个大学已经开始注意交流培训的重要性。

　　Oral communication skills have, in fact, been found to be the second most important job skill by the American Society of Personnel Administrators. Even business colleges have begun to recognize the importance of communication skills in business success and many have begun to offer their own communication classes.

　　段落大意：学生理财能力的培养以及发展，能让学生更加清楚的理解未来财产的状况以及规划。

　　Money management is all about discipline and how we handle risk-that's, not overtrading, cutting your losses, and letting your profit run. In other words, money management is the process of analyzing trades for risk and potential profits, determining how much risk, if any, is acceptable and managing a trade position to control risk and maximize profitability. The importance of money management can best be shown through drawdown analysis which is simply the amount of money you lose in trading, expressed as a percentage of your total trading equity. Drawdown does not measure overall performance, only the money lost while achieving that performance. Its calculation begins only with a losing trade and continues as long as the account hits new equity lows.

　　5 危机管理的能力

　　Within the worldwide activities in the developing economical industry, many corporations are exposed to a number of risks that arise in the ordinary courses of their business. Risk management is therefore an integral part of our business processes and decisions, including corporate governance. Each operating unit or business entity is accountable for managing the risks associated with its regional or worldwide business. In general, the risk management policy is to take advantage of opportunities while taking on only those risks that are necessarily associated with creating economic value.
