　　我认为公司应该出钱，因为不管是公司和员工个人都能从中获益。

　　I believe that companies should pay the money for the reasons that both the company and employees can get benefit from this

　　理由一 Reason 1

　　首先，对于公司来说，员工在大学能学到更多的技能，工作效率也越高，由此给公司带来的利润比大学的学费更多。此外，公司的名声也会更好，吸引更多的优秀人才。

　　For one thing, companies will get more profit from these employees who may learn more working skills in university and have higher working efficiency. The economic benefit is far more than the company’s cost of tuition fee. What’s more, the company will gain a good reputation, which helps to attract more talents.

　　理由二 Reason 2

　　然后，对于员工个人而言，公司出钱让自己提高学历，不仅可以提高自己的业务能力，还使得员工对公司的信赖和忠诚度提高，对工作更有责任心。

　　For another, employees for whom the company pays the bill of university study will improve not only their work proficiency but also their reliability and loyalty to the company, therefore being more responsible.

　　参考提纲选择的是“同意(agree)”，如果想选择“不同意(disagree)”，那么可以考虑从以下角度进行分析阐述：

　　1.公司负担员工的大学学习费用，经济成本太高;

　　2.员工去上大学期间，需要其他人来做他原本的工作，效率会有影响;

　　3.员工在大学学到的东西不一定可以很好地转化为工作能力;

　　4.员工获得大学学位后，可能会跳槽去别的公司;

　　5.……
