　　托福写作题目：

　　Honesty is the most important personal character of a student organization or club.

　　答题思路：

　　观点(折中)：There are other factors are supposed to be found more necessary adorable personalities.

　　论点1(支持)：Honesty and trustworthiness is every student's essential virtue when tackle with students’ affairs is helpful for colleagues to improve and tell right and wrong.

　　论点2(反对)：Students who are obedient and loyal to teachers are already competent to guide other students in school.

　　Honesty has always been considered to be a worthy character trait in whatever culture. Indeed, it is often thought of as the most important human value. Therefore, the one is also regarded as a good quality of lead a student organization. From my perspective, being honest is essential in managing a student union, however, an eligible leader, especially for a student organization, there are other factors are supposed to be found more necessary adorable personalities.

　　Admittedly, honesty and trustworthiness is every student's essential virtue when tackle with affairs and is helpful for colleagues to improve and tell right from wrong. For example, when a colleague makes a mistake, plainly pointing out his mistake is definitely necessary. In reaction to this phenomenon, it would be also appropriate to tell the students to pay enough attention to them and encourage him to work with more cautions. However, on balance, for a leader to manage the team well, being honest is not enough for the absolutely honest to others would hurt their feelings. To avoid this, we have to consider other factors as a leader of student organization.

　　To begin with, it is irrational for us to take it for granted that young students who are obedient and loyal to teachers are already competent to guide other students in school. Leadership is more a matter of experimental skill than a matter of honesty. Undoubtedly, people begin to display some kinds of characteristics relative to leadership from a very young age, such as courage, determination as well as resolution. Leadership still goes beyond those personalities. What’s more, a leader will constantly be faced with tough decisions. Without learning to master one’s courage, determination as well as resolution, one will turn out to be an aggressive fool instead of an authoritative leader. Besides, how to cooperate with other teammates is also worth noticing. Without acquiring good communication skill during lots of experiences, one couldn’t become a sufficient student leader that can combine members’ talents together.

　　In a nutshell, we cannot deny the significance of honesty to a student. However, other personality, such as communication skills, teamwork, courage, determination and the capability of self-control, are equal important for a leader to take consideration.
