　　A. Military

　　SD:

　　①He/she may concentrate on develop military power to offer citizens sense of safety.

　　②He/she tend to know drawbacks of war and cherish the peace instead of investing money to infrastructure or other stuff.

　　B. Business

　　SD:

　　①He/she may pay more attention to economy and offer financial aid to some enterprises, firms and other stuff, which can boost economy and citizens’ living standard.

　　②This kind of leader tends to provide a bunch of working opportunities and citizens can cover living cost and support their families after being employed.

　　C. Law

　　SD:

　　①He/she can amend just law to guarantee that each citizen may claim the protection of the law.

　　②Contribute to harmonious society and tackle corruption.

　　The best background for a government leader would be to befamiliar with the knowledge on law.

　　Firstly, it can accelerate the rule of law in the city. Aswe know that a legal society is important for not only the government but itscitizen as well, which can guarantee the justice of the society. And a leaderwith the knowledge on law may advance the process.

　　Furthermore, there might be the risk of dictatorship of thegovernment with a leader having military background. And as for the sense ofbusiness, actually the leader could hire the specialist to shape the economy.There are so many talents in this field.

　　新托福口语范文二：

　　When it comes to the background for a governor, I think the most important background is to have the sense of business, cause no matter who you are or what job you do, everyone depends on jobs and money. Then if a governor is familiar with business administration and economic development, he might be more likely to reinforce the basis of the society and promote the development of the country, such as creating more job chances, making proper rules on import and export, regulating tariffs, setting up more enterprises and so on. Then everyone may have the appropriate job, having money to live a decent life. Therefore, the whole country might be more stable and prosperous.
