　　1.1 Describe your role model.(celebrity---musician:Taylor Swift)

　　I would like to talk to Taylor Swift.And there are following reasons for that.

　　1、She is so humble.If a member would not be proud or arrogant, he or she would easily get succeed in his or her field. When she won some of the awards possible in the music industry, she was always so shocked and totally thankful and appreciative.She often attributes her success to her lucky instead of industry and talent.

　　2、She is so industrious.One time she got her first opportunity to perform in a nationwide competitive performance. And she spent several sleepless nights to prepare only one song. As a result, her performance were highly valued and she became well-known after that performance.

　　3、Her heart is filled with kindness.She always attend to some charitable activities and organize charity shows in order to raise money for people especially the women and children who live in dark and poverty. Her behaviors makes more people pay attention to help the vulnerable groups of the society.

　　1.2 Qualities a good leader/team member should possess.(leadership)

　　1、I think a valuable (member) of a team should be cooperative. If a member is cooperative, he or she will take the goal of the team as main goal not that of his or her own as the main goal. So he or she is willing to help other team members, to talk with others, to solve problems with others.

　　2、a loyal (friend) makes you feel secure. You might have secrets that you’d feel embarrassed to tell others, but feel safe to tell a loyal (friend), because you know he or she won’t betray you or tell stories behind your back. Just imagine working with a loyal friend, you would feel reassured.

　　3、a great (team member) should be, also, like, a humorous person. When you face some troublesome, he or she would ease your sorrows by telling funny stories, funny body language and even facial expressions.Then, you would work out problems easily. When you working with him or her, you would feel really happy.

　　1.3 What characteristics do you think make someone a good parent?(parents)

　　1、Patient makes good parents. Take my XXX as an example. He is very patient. Whenever I talk about my own problems with him, or ask him about schoolwork, he is always ready to help me and never gets fed up with my problems.

　　2、A good parent should also be a responsible person.Be responsible means that no matter what happens, parents should around kids,supporting them and encouraging them unconditionally.For example, when kids face troublesome, parents should be the first one who lend them a hand and help them work out problems.

　　1.4 Describe your favorite teacher. (teacher)

　　1、She is very enlightened; whenever I am confronted with embarrassment, she always motivates me to realize that the difficulties people encounter in life are just like those undesirable courses at school that keep coming and fading away,but the experience we obtain from them may last forever.

　　2、She is industrious at work. Three years ago, she received an invitation to perform at the World Piano Congress.She spent sleepless nights to prepare three songs and gave a fantastic performance. Her hard work motivated me to be serious and face all kinds of different difficulties in life.

　　3、She has a great sense of humor. I learned from her that people who have the capacity to bring joy and delight others are always welcome in today’s society. Her humor brings her a lot of intimate friends. To be with this kind of person you will never feel bored when you are together.
