　　常考释义

　　1.n. 牲畜

　　farm animals (such as cattle) from which meat, wool and other products are obtained 同livestock

　　例：stock raising 畜牧业

　　2. n. 库存

　　a supply of something that is available for use

　　例：The stock is nearly exhausted.

　　库存已几乎卖完。

　　3. n. 股票

　　Stocks are shares in the ownership of a company, or investments on which a fixed amount of interest will be paid.

　　例： Stock prices have jumped up this month.

　　这月的股票价格暴涨。
