　　托福口语范文一:

　　I think money can be used as incentives for kids to behave well in school.

　　The main reason I think getting some rewards like money after hard work is people's essential need or instinct. Admittedly, some times the reason why adults work so hard is that they can get money regularly or enormously afterwards. Now that adults are like this, why children can't be motivated by this? Once mission accomplished, such as good scores gotten or good behaviors done, then rewards gained, such as buying the toys or game players they want, the beautiful clothes they like, the travels they expect and so on. I think it is reasonable, both for adults and students.(新东方 劳新)

　　Well, personally, I think it is very meaningful to give kids monetary reward if they get high grade in school. To begin with, the money given to them is like a kind of motivation, kids will value their hard work and effort, and they will be motivated to achieve something great. In this process, they can develop perseverance and will power, eventually, they will be more likely to be successful later in life. Additionally, they can develop skills in how to budget their expenses and make ends meet. Accordingly, they can be more financial independent in the future.(新东方 孟炎)

　　From what I know, I would agree with the statement that students should get praised when their parents have a positive feedback of them from school. There are several reasons that I would point out here.

　　Firstly, the motivation for students to continue to work hard as before or even harder than before, I would assume that the award is a stimulus to students who have a remarkable performance at school. It makes perfect sense for parents to do so.

　　Secondly, the satisfaction for students to be happy, the tedious process of studying is really hard for students to take at school. If they can receive any kind of gift as the encouragement for their hard work, it will really make them feel relieved.
