3.1.1 笔记方式:分栏式

阅读部分记笔记需要记下三个方面即题目,内容,原因

3.1.2 需要记录的内容为:change/policy + 2 reasons

在回答时候我们一般只需要复述阅读部分的通知或者政策的内容,要注意看通知里有什么改变(change),一般为一句话。把原因纪录下来为了是帮助我们理解听力内容的。所以,要记录的为通知或公开信想要做的改变和这样改变的原因。

3.1.3 Reading常见信号词

阅读为通知,政策等表示要求的词:require, decide,ask, demand, announce, be supposed to, should, be ought to etc.

表示连接的信号词可以帮助我们快速理清关系:

并列,递进and, also, as well, besides, what’s more, in addition,

列举,增加:and, in addition to, one more thing, also, plus

顺序 first, to begin with, first of all, initially,first thing first, second, apart from that, on top of that, more than that,another factor should be taken into consideration is that, finally, last butnot least,

转折 but, however, nevertheless, yet, although

解释: That is, in particular, I mean, In this way,To put it another way, In other words, That is to say, …so to speak, …let’ssay

因果: As a result, As a consequence, Consequently, Therefore, Due to, Thanks to, On account of, since

3.1.4 Sample Note

例题讲解如下:

Titlepol—use print pap (policy on usage of printing paper)
Contentcharge $ print =>10 copis (charge students fees when printing ten or more than ten copies)
Reason1. ↗awarens save pap (raise awareness of saving paper) 2. $→pay printer, pap, ink (the printing fee can also cover part of expenditure on the printer, the paper and the ink)

注意:在阅读时候记笔记需要快速,意思表达清晰,所以可以在记笔记时尽量多用一些符号和单词缩写,这样可以逻辑更加清晰。现在就举几个常用的符号和单词的缩写:

符号:

↑ increase,develop, improve

↓decrease, reduce, worsen

→ since, so that, cause& effect

√ agree, right, reasonable,good, excellent, positive

× wrong, incorrect,disagree, negative

≈about, approximately,around

= just like, similar to, thesame as

≠ different from, not thesame as

$ dollar fee

∕or

+/&and, add, plus,what’s more

% percent

:/-- explain, mean, say

>more than, more…

单词缩写:

单词缩写的原则上是前面2-3个字母,加上尾缀如:government—govm, education–edut,exercise-ex, teacher-t, geography-geoy, psychology-psy, excited-excd etc.
