　　TASK2：

　　You live in a crowded city with only one green space-the city park. The government recently proposes to build a housing complex on this only green space. Do you think this is a good idea?

　　答题思路二：

　　选择反对。首先，城市过于密集的住宅和商业楼房，已经让城市显得很喧闹，需要一些供人们休息的地方;其次，公园里的一些健身设施，可以帮助人们强健身体。

　　答题思路二：

　　第二题我选不同意。因为we would have no place for kids to play.

　　举例子: 夏天的时候小区居民都特喜欢去附近公园散步，觉得comfortable and relaxing,但如果没有这个公园了，周围的居民肯定会complain a lot

　　TIPS: 像题干已经说了only one这种绝对词汇，反方观点会比较好说～

　　托福口语范文一：

　　Well, I would say it is a bad idea to build a housing complex on the only green space. Firstly, the trees and flowers in the park can absorb lots of gases, like carbon dioxide, ozone, and stuff like that. Actually, through the process of photosynthesis, trees and flowers can produce oxygen and purify the air. Additionally, trees and flowers provide shade in the summer and through the process of transpiration, a grown tree can provide a cooling effect equivalent to 10 air-conditioner operating 20 hours a day. Lastly, the park is a very nice place for citizens to hang out, it is the very place where people do jogging, have picnics and stuff like that. Without it, the city will be very boring.（新东方 孟炎）

　　This is definitely not a good idea from my point of view. Firstly, green space inside of a city is for people to have family time, relax, and enjoy lives. If Ihe only green spot was taken away by the government, imagine this: where should people bring their dogs to hang out with dog friends on Saturday? Where should a family reunion picnic take place? And Where can the next generation of our city see little animals like rabbits and squirrels running freely in the open area? Secondly, I deem that it is always easier to tore down a piece of green space than to rebuild it one day later. The government shouldn't be obsessed with the small amount of profits they could earn from this land right now without considering the future ecology benefits.

　　① It’s in line with the pace of urbanization development;

　　② It can help to reduce the pressure of land shortage in the city with the increase of population.

　　2. Bad idea:

　　SD理由:

　　① This park is the only place for people to feel the nature in the city, and there will be nowhere for people to be relaxed;

　　② If it’s changed into new buildings, it will be bad for environmental protection;
