　　Describe a memorial you have taken part in. 06.6.16

　　To Monument to People’s Heroes.Last October, our class went to the Monument to People’s Heroes. We stood in silence for three minutes on the square in front of the monument to show our respect. And then the relatives of those who died in war addressed the participants there. After that, every one of us walked up to the monument of heroes, bowed deeply and put down a bunch of flowers.From what the teacher told us, I learned a lot about the history of our country in the past century. We wouldn’t have been able to live this happily and comfortably if it weren’t for the blood and lives of those great martyrs whose bodies were buried under the monument.

　　A popular activity in your country 06.6.9/10

　　Ping pong.The activity I’m gonna talk about is Ping pong, it is quite popular in our country. Ping pong is also known as table tennis, all you need is a ping pong ball, a table and the bats. Nearly every school and company have ping pong facilities so that many people can enjoy it. One great thing about ping pong is that it can improve health condition, (enhance the ability to respond quickly) better prepare us for any physical challenge in the future. Another point worth mentioning is the relaxation of the game. I mean, play ping pong, take a shower and have a rest. All of these can help us relax and relieve the pressure from work and study. In addition, this sport could promote friendship and help players get along well with one another. Ping pong is the symbol for peace and harmony.

　　What qualities should a leader have? 06.10.21

　　In my point of view, a good leader of a group should possess the following qualities. First, the interpersonal and communication skills. This could help the leader communicate with people outside the group effectively and coordinate the subordinates efficiently. Second, far sight and the ability to see the big picture. As a leader, one should consider things in the long run as well as those in the current situation. Third, broadmindedness. A great leader must be willing to tolerate different opinions so that other groups will be glad to cooperate with the leader and the group members will be happy to follow the orders.

　　Which one do you prefer? Film of comedy, drama or musicals? 06.11.3

　　I guess I like the film of comedy better. One great thing about comedy movies is that they can make me laugh, and laughing would definitely help me relax and relieve the pressure from work and study. Another point worth mentioning is that the comedy films can develop my sense of humor. This will make others more willing to listen to my stories and bring fun to my life and lives of others. More importantly, I’d be able to make friends with the people who share the same love for the novels. We can have a little get-together, we talk, laugh, discuss and we all feel like one big family.
