　　Recent developments in cloud computing have seen the addition of the "human element" to the cloud and consequently the birth of the "human cloud".

　　云计算的发展见证了云技术中“人才因素”的引入，由此导致了“人才云”的诞生。

　　The idea behind the "human cloud" is to make locations of workforce irrelevant and the virtualization of work possible. The "human cloud" describes tasks and projects, which can be performed remotely and instantaneously by people who are not employees but temporarily hired independent workers. Therefore, the "human cloud" provides a great opportunity for businesses to staff up quickly and effectively on an on-demand basis.

　　“人才云”背后的理念是，让员工所在地彼此独立，使工作虚拟化成为可能。“人才云”指的是临时雇佣独立的个人在短时间内远程完成的任务和项目。由此，“人才云”让公司等商业机构能够按照需求迅速并有效地建立起项目团队。

　　"Human as a Service"(Haas) is becoming increasingly popular as it delivers numerous benefits like:

　　“人才服务”的受欢迎程度正在逐步上升，因为这样的服务益处多多：

　　Increased business flexibility

　　提高商业运作灵活度

　　Cost effectiveness

　　成本效益显著
