I maintain/suppose/presume that

除了think这种老旧的说法，我们可以用 maintain/suppose/presume 这几个词来替换。这些词都比think、believe 要高大上、听上去有质感。

I presume the director has already heard the news.

我觉得主管已经知道这件事了吧。

I maintain that all workers should be treated eqaully.

我认为所有的工人都应该被平等对待。

I suppose I saw us and our relationship as aging together , rather like a wine.

随着年龄的增长，我认和我之间的关系慢慢地融洽了好多，就像是一瓶好酒，越陈越香。

From my perspective

From myperspective, nothing is as important as my family.

我认为沒有任何事物比得上我的家人。

From the way I see things

这个短语算是比较高阶的说法了。它的妙处是通过视角来表达个人看法。意思是“从我看事情的方式来说”，即“从我的角度来看”。相似的表达还有From where I stand。

Well, the way I see it, when you're in a place you forget what it looks like from the outside.

从我的角度来看，有时候真是当局者迷。

As far as I can tell...

可以理解为：据我所知，是个中性词，正式或者非正式都可以用。

Seems like, as far as I can tell, it's still a possibility that although there're a lot of puzzles here.

在我看来，这种可能性是存在的，尽管还有很多未解的疑团。

As far as I cencerned

As far as I concerned,there is longer history comfortable environment and humanity in this city, so it fits to live.

在我看来，这个城市拥有悠久的历史、舒适的环境以及一定的人文基础，很适合于居住。

From my perspective

perspective的原义是“透视图”，引申义是“观点”。From my perspective就是依我看，就我看来的意思。

From my perspective, Sheldon is not only intelligent, but also hilarious.

我觉得谢耳朵不仅聪明，而且搞笑。

In my humble opinion

据我所知，这个表达比较文绉绉，适用于较正式的演讲或书信中。虽然是humble opinion，其实一般用这个短语时，说话的人对自己观点其实是相当自信的。

In my humble opinion, he will win the election.

依我拙见, 他将在选举中获胜。

In my book

相当于中文里所说的“依我之见”

In my book, this is not the way to handle it.

依我之见，这不是处理此事的办法。

It seems to me

It seems to me a fatal illusion to expect one's children simply to reproduceone's own views.

在我看来，期望孩子一味照搬自己的观点是一种后果极其严重的错误观念。

除了以上这些表达之外，还有一些简单常用的短语可以替代I think表达观点，比如：

I feel....I guess.... I believe.... In my view.... In my opinion.... In my eyes.... From my perspective.... From my view point.... What I mean is.... Some people say that.... It is generally accepted that.... It goes without saying that.... I’m of the opinion that.... According to me.... From my point of view.... I’d like to point out that....Generally, it is thought that....My impression is that.... I hold the view that.......
