Such a hiring mode marks the noticeable progress of modern economy. Blessed with a large source of job offers, candidates have the freedom to decide which employer suits them best. Some prefer to work for small companies, while others are in favor of larger ones. If I were a job hunter, I would definitely choose a large enterprise.

Working at a large company helps improve a person's working efficiency and ability. In most cases, new employees are given a valuable opportunity to receive free formal staff training. Hence, useful skills and knowledge can be learned and applied. Workers at large companies also have access to significant events such as seminars, conferences and exhibitions. These are important sources of learning. Needless to say, taking in new things continuouslynourishes one's mind and makes him more competent. On the other hand, the comparatively fiercer competition among co-workers urges one to continually progress. Nobody wishes to lag behind within a large company. The pressure from others constitutes a powerful impetus to improve abilities and perfect personality traits.
