An overwhelming sense of happiness can be gainedthrough realizing one's individual values. Bringinghappiness to others results in the person beingacknowledged as valuable. Indeed, in the world of humansexpansive networks make for many people-to-peopleconnections. No person is supposed to lead a completelyisolated life. Therefore, there is no denying that oneessential condition in achieving personal happiness is tomake others happy.

First and foremost, happiness can be gained throughthe realization of individual values. From a psychologicalangle, a strong sense of fulfillment arises during theprocess of helping others. Needless to say, no one wishes tobe labeled as useless by the people around him and if aperson manages to make others happy, he justifies his value.Indeed, being acknowledged as a useful member of thecommunity fully demonstrates one's personal value.Concrete evidence can be seen in Global Volunteers, a non-profit organization that aims at providing free education andmedical assistance to those in need. During an interview, avolunteer expressed his tremendous pride and happiness inundertaking such a meaningful task.

In addition, real happiness is to be shared rather than tobe kept to oneself. It is hard to imagine how one could feelhappy when others are trapped in deep sorrow and despair.Under such conditions, the only way out is to try one's bestt o uplift their spirits. By instilling happiness into thesorrowful hearts of others, he will be blessed with theopportunity to eliminate unhappy circumstances in his ownsurroundings. Thus, the whole environment is improved.

Those who strive to make others happy will berewarded by the very happiness they bring. Humanrelationships are mutual. As a famous saying states,"Happiness is a perfume you cannot pour on others withoutgetting a few drops on yourself." Heartfelt gratitude andcompliments from those who have been helped will add tothe person's self esteem and happiness. Such a spiritualreward further assures his significant role in society. Myteacher is a good example of this. She was capable ofrendering much joy to her students in class. Her excellencein teaching has won our respect. We were all determined toachieve the best results in our studies and most of ussucceeded in getting an admission to a university. Before weleft school, she told us that she was the happiest person onearth.

To sum up, the way leading toward everlastinghappiness is paved with endless efforts to make othershappy. That is where the essence of happiness lies. As aconsequence, each individual ought to appreciate the simplefact that it is impossible to feel happy if other people aresuffering from unhappiness. With the purpose of filling theentire world with joy and happiness, all social membersshoulder the responsibility to bring happiness to each other.

那些努力使他人幸福的人也会收获他人所给予的幸福。人们之间的关系是相互的。正如一句名言所述，“幸福如同香水，当你撒给别人的时候，自己身上也留有余香。”来自接受帮助者真挚的感激与赞美提升了一个人的自尊与幸福。这种精神上的奖励进一步证实了自己在社会中所起的重要作用。我的老师就是很好的榜样。她在课堂上能够给予学生很多快乐。她出色的教学也赢得了我们的尊重。于是，我们下定决心取得最好的学习成绩，最后，大多数同学都收到了大学录取通知书。在离校之前，她告诉我们她是世界上最幸福的人。

总而言之，在通往永久幸福的道路上，我们要尽全力使他人幸福。这就是幸福的精髓所在。因此，人人都应该理解一个简单的道理，那就是，如果他人不幸福，自己也不可能感到幸福。为了使整个世界充满快乐与幸福，所有社会成员都承担着相互给予幸福的责任。
