Within the mighty forces of job hunters, there are two typical groups of candidates from which most employers select. One group encompasses inexperienced applicants who demand lower salaries, while the other is formed by experienced individuals who require higher salaries. If I were a boss searching for a satisfactory staff member, I would doubtlessly choose one who is rich in working experience regardless of their higher pay.

Above all, their working quality and efficiency is more readily ensured, thus promising more profits for the company. Normally, experienced workers are capable of handling difficult tasks as soon as they are employed. There is no need for them to undergo the complicated and long term in-service training. Thus, much time and money may be saved. During the course of working, many mistakes or failures can be avoided because they have learned good lessons from past experience. Heightened cautiousness andfocused attention would help themgo through any problems handily. Meanwhile, the techniques and effective methods mastered before could also be adopted skillfully in similar projects whenever it is necessary. As a result, it might take a shorter time for them to complete a competitive duty smoothly and successfully. Needless to say, higher efficiency and superior quality are critical to any business.Supported by people with precious experience, a company leader has greater chances to increase revenues in the days to come.

In addition, higher pay serves as a tremendous impetus that encourages an employee to devote wholeheartedly to his work and his unit. If an excellent worker is dissatisfied with his salary, he might consider quitting the current job and working for competitors who offer better treatment.This would lead to unexpected losses. Psychologically speaking, higher salary denotes the acknowledgement of the employee's individual values. Just like a powerfulstimulus, it motivates him to struggle for bigger achievements. Only in this way can his competence be fully testified. In other words, he is trying to demonstrate the truth that he deserveswhat he receives. Thereafter, his idea of job-hopping might be forgotten and the possibility of brain drains diminishes for a company.

Finally,experienced workers may offer useful suggestions when the business leader is making important decisions. The prosperity and advancement of an enterprise can never be determined by the boss alone. Any talented staff member ought to play a part in decision-making.Instead of passively completing assigned tasks, experienced employees possess the ability to think creatively and work proactively. Their accumulated experience enables them to provide more reliable and valuable advice for a leader.

Briefly speaking, in order to enhance the pace of development, it is wise for the boss to hire an individual with richer working experience. The investment on his higher salary shall never have been made fruitlessly. On the contrary, it proves to be rewarding in the long run. By making good use of precious experience, he is sure to undertake the job more efficiently and make greater contributions.

此外,高工资可作为鼓励员工全心全意为工作和单位奉献的巨大推动力。如果一名出色的员工对自己的薪酬并不满意,他也许会考虑辞去现在的工作,并效力于提供更好待遇的对手企业。这势必导致意外的损失。从心理角度而言,更高的薪水意味着对员工个人价值的认可。犹如强力兴奋剂,它促使员工向更高的目标拼搏,因为只有这样他的实力才能得到充分的证明。换句话说,他试图证明自己的确“物有所值”,于是就会放弃“跳槽”的想法,而公司遭遇人才流失的可能性也随即消除。

最后,在企业领导者制定重要决策时,有经验的员工可以提供有用的建议。企业的繁荣与发展不可能只取决于老板一个人的力量。任何有才干的成员都应该参与决策制定的过程。经验丰富的雇员并非仅仅能被动地完成所分配的任务,他们还能够进行创造性思考并积极地工作。多年积累的经验使其有能力为领导者提供更可靠、更有价值的建议。

简而言之,为了加快发展的步伐,企业领导者雇用经验丰富的员工是明智之举。对其高薪水的投资不会是毫无收益的。恰恰相反,从长远来看这笔投资具有高回报率。通过充分利用以前的经验,员工必定能更有效地完成任务并作出更大的贡献。
