Well，I think employees should complete their work as perfectly as possible. That is because obviously, if they don't do that, once there are problems found in their work like the layout of documents, the font of words or even the key points are missing in the PowerPoint, they need to go back to modify it, to make it better. Therefore, during this process, they will waste a lot of time on going back and forth. And also, if employees try to make the work as perfectly as possible, it gonna leave a good impression on the boss because the boss will think they take their work seriously, and they are responsible staff. So it'll be easier for them to get a promotion, help them earn a brighter future in this company.
