Some people would like to borrow money to do a large purchase. Others will save money until they can afford it. Which do you think is a better way and why?

Well, from my perspective, I feel like saving money until they can afford a big purchase is a better choice. First, I don’t like being in debt. I mean, doing a large purchase like getting a new laptop can be fun, but I gotta think about how to pay them back. Right now, I can barely get by on my monthly allowance. Plus. Borrowing money might affect my relationship with my friends. The other reason is that saving up money might teach people to avoid splurging in the future. By doing part time jobs or saving up money like scholarship, people can have a better awareness on how to manage their own money.
