Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? In order to run a successful business, a person needs to be friendly and outgoing.

I don't think people have to be outgoing and friendly to run a successful business.

Because the success actually depends on the quality of its products and services, and it has little to do with the personality of the business owner. For example, if someone opens up a jewelry store, the customers will not buy the necklaces just because of the service. They will want to purchase the products once they can make sure they are authentic and worth the high price.

Besides, I think introverts are also more observant and pay more attention to team members. I mean, introverts don’t feel the need to step into the spotlight; rather, they are likely to highlight the strengths of their teams. And employees who feel recognized tend to be more motivated and work even harder.
