In teamwork, it is quite common for group members tohave different opinions.Let's prepare our next class bydiscussing on this statement: People who cannot acceptcriticism will not succeed working in teams. what do youthink?

People who work in teams must be able to accept criticism well. If theydo not, there will be negative results in both the communication and theproductivity of the team. If everyone works together and listens to advice, the end result is more effective.

I think accepting critisism benefits me in doing group project.For example, last week, I represented my group to do a presentation. Othergroup members pointed out my habit of covering my mouth when talkling,and I tried to fix it. As a result, I was able to pronounce my voiceclearer than ewer before and I got a lot of compliments. We got the bestgrade in class for our efforts, and that is due to the cooperation andwillingness to accept criticism designed to improve our work.
