For this week's discussion, let's think about ways of finding a job. Some people prefer to search for advertisements from companies through different Medias such as newspapers.Others may ask friends for information on a job opening.Besides,sending letters to the company directly is also a possible way of getting a job. Which of these ways will you choose? Please use the discussion board to share your thoughts.

I think the best way to find a job is by recommendation from friends.First of all, because our friends know our abilities and preferences, the job(s) they recommend would be highly suitable for us.Secondly, with the help of friends, we are more likely to get the chance of priority interview and have a higher probability of belng hired.

I don't agree with Alice.The number of jobs friends can recommend is limited. in contrast, it is easier to find a job by searching job advertisements.Companies with recruitment needs will post information on the corresponding website. You can screen out many suitable positions at once, and you can communicate with the company's human resources in real time, which is very convenient.
