Because in that way students can stay more focused in class. I mean, if there are tons of interactions in the class like group discussion, presentation and brainstorming, students can stay more focused and learn better in the class. Instead, if the class is very tedious, like when the teacher does all the talking, and reads passages from the textbooks, students will get distracted and even fall asleep.

Second, class discussions allow students to practice their communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal. They will learn how to express their ideas clearly and effectively, and they will also learn how to listen respectfully to the viewpoints of others.

Watching movies like comedies, cartoons, or even romances can greatly help people ease pressure after a long day of studying or working. In that case, people can become more energetic in the next day. On top of that, watching entertaining films helps people become more socialized. What I mean is they can invite their families and friends over to watch together. During the process, people can form a stronger relationship with one another or even develop more mutual interests together.

The primary reason is that it will definitely have some negative impact on the local

environment. For example, because of the emissions, there will be air pollution and also the water will be contaminated. And both of which would affect the health and the quality of life of people living in the urban areas.

Besides, I think there are actually a lot of different ways for the city council to create job

opportunities. Like, the city council can offer businesses incentives or, invest in skill training

programs for people in the city. So it doesn't have to be in a way that comes with environmental degradation.
