I disagree with the statement that the most important quality of a leader is being a gifted speaker.

While effective communication is crucial for a leader, there are many other qualities that are equally important. For example, Nelson Mandela was not only a gifted speaker but also demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities such as resilience, compassion, and vision, which made him a truly inspirational leader.

Another important quality of a leader is the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. A leader must be able to analyze complex situations, consider various perspectives, and make decisions that benefit the whole team. While being a gifted speaker can help to convey these decisions effectively, the ability to make them is even more essential.
