1. Process 过程： RLS

形式：Campus-relatedIssue and Students’Attitude

此题目为综合口语部分的第一道题，分别有阅读，听力和口语三个部分组成，阅读为校方通知或者为学生的公开信，听力为学生对话讨论他们在学校里遇到的相关问题, 对校方通知或者公开信表达他们的观点，即赞同或者反对，并且会给出详细理由。

--Reading（考生用大约45秒完成一遍120单词的文章，文章内容跟校园生活有关。）:

1. An announcement 大学校方通知，学校的规定 (policy)/计划（plan）

2. An open letter 学生公开信, 学生针对某个问题的提议（proposal）

45秒钟过后，文章将不再重现。

--Listening (学生讨论大约1分钟)

形式：1+2即1个观点+2点理由

听力内容是学生对于阅读内容的讨论。

主要听主角的观点和理由，主角的观点鲜明（赞成或反对）理由充分。

--Speaking (准备时间30秒，陈述时间60秒)

重复阅读和听力的内容，即根据阅读上下文总结主角的态度和理由，理由一般为两个。

问题模式：

Question: The man/woman expresses his/her opinion of Reading Passage.State his/her opinion and explain the reason he/she gives for holding this opinion.

2. 问题分类：4大类

由于阅读部分是有两种类型大学校方通知或布告（announcement/notice）和学生公开信或提议（openletter/proposal）, 听力部分有同意和不同意两种情况，那么此题目就分为4大类别，分别为: 1阅读材料为通知或布告，听力材料学生讨论的观点为同意2阅读材料为通知或布告，听力材料学生讨论的观点为不同意3阅读材料为学生公开信或提议，听力材料学生讨论的观点为同意4阅读材料为学生公开信或提议，听力材料学生讨论的观点为不同意。

3. 解题步骤讲解：四步走（从阅读材料为Announcement, 听力材料观点为支持的文章中选取一篇作为例子）

3.1 Step 1:Note-taking While Reading

Reading

New Policies on the Usage of Printing Paper

The university asks students to pay for their printing fee in computer lab when if they print ten or morethan ten copies at one time. Recently, since the limited paper resources and printing ink have been wasted and proper charges can raise students’ awareness of saving paper. Besides, a new printer is badly needed since the printer often break down.The printing fee can also cover part of fee on the printer, the paper and the ink. The fee will be 5 cents for every page and it is a reasonable price if students not waste any more pages.

Listening

M: Have you heard about the news? We have to pay for the copies if we print more than ten pages.

W: I think it’s reasonable. Haveyou seen there are a lot of papers being wasted and littered in computer lab?

M: I know what you mean. Do you know why? I mean how does this happen?

W: Because it’s free right now. And students even don’t consider if they really want the information ornot. You know what? Some students just print out the whole article before they read it. I think if students are charged then they won’t waste any more papers.

M: Yeah, they do waste a lotof resources. And charging is a good awareness for them to realize the bad situation here.

W: What’s more, the printer needs to be examined regularly and see if it needs to be repaired. The students can’t wait for days of repair work when the only printer breaks down. The charged fee can buy a new one, plus, the money can be spent on some other new equipment like a fax machine and copier.

M: It sounds a good idea. Let’s save papers from now on.

Question:

The woman expresses her opinion towards theuniversity’s decision to charge printing fee. State her opinion and explain the reasons she gives for holding that opinion.
