　　听力部分，老师先说有两种attention。第一种叫做active attention。后面说active attention是有意识的行为，以为一个人强迫自己努力集中注意力，所以不会持续太长时间。比如说在一个生物课上，今天讲的是青蛙，如果你只是说“青蛙是一种两栖动物……”，这样口头讲解的话，不会让学生产生兴趣的。虽然他们强迫自己听课，很快就会走神了。另一种叫做passive attention，是无意识的行为，是自然发生的，不需要努力。比如在生物课上讲青蛙，你带了一只真正的青蛙到课堂上，然后让它蹦来蹦去，这样就很容易吸引学生的注意力。

　　The professor took a biology class as an example to illustrate two types of attention. The first type of attention is active one. In this situation, students’ concentration will not last a long time before they get distracted. For example, you just introduce some common knowledge of a frog to students. They may persist to focus on your class for just a while. Another type is passive attention. It does not require students force their attention on your lecture. For instance, in a biology class, you bring a live frog to help your students study its characteristics. Their attention will be naturally attracted by this frog and stick it for a long time. (56s)

　　听力部分，老师先说了substitute products，即为可以互相替代的商品。如果其中一种商品涨价了，那么另一种商品的需求就会增加。比如butter和margarine，即为两种黄油，它们可以互相替代。如果butter涨价了，人们就买更多margarine。另一种商品关系叫做compliment products，即为相互补充的商品，二者相互依存，比如CDs和CD players，必须同时使用。如果其中一个的价格上升了，那么两种商品的需求量都会下降。

　　The professor tells us about relationship between products. One condition concerns about substitute products, like butter and margarine, they can replace each other. So people will choose a more affordable product according to their price. One products’ demand increase will suppress others’. On the other hand, products like CD and CD players are called compliment products. They are designed to be compatible with other. If increase the price of CD, that will lead to decrease both demanding of products. (45s)
