　　One of the characteristics of modern way of working is that people enjoy more freedom in selecting their favorite jobs. However，it often happens that people fall into a dilemma when faced with job selection. An opinion springs up that before pursuing the lifelong career, one is supposed to embark on multiple jobs. I am completely in support of the above statement and will endeavor to exemplify my opinion on this matter throughout the following essay.

　　The most glaring benefit of taking up a rich variety of employments is that one could find out what his or her interest really lies in and tap his or her infinite potentials by means of embarking on manifold jobs. In other words, to secure new jobs indicates one needs to constantly face up to the new career challenges, in this sense, job-transition provides job-seekers with manifold precious chances of self-improvement. Meanwhile, Job hoping means a broad range of work and life experience and constant sense of refreshment.

More vocational skills could be acquired and the relevant working experience in different fields could be accumulated via taking different kinds of jobs. It is conceivable that a new employee has to learn from other colleagues and resolve unfamiliar crisis in order to adapt to the new working environment. His or her sociability, viability and adaptability will be quickly cultivated when braving new career challenges.

Better human resources, to some extent, mean more precocious opportunities of job-promotion, comfortable salary and even the possibility of carving out own one career. For example，My Uncle Paul has been embarking on self-employment for more than five years, his achievement in career can be greatly attributed to his well-connected interpersonal relationship, which has been accumulated by undertaking diverse jobs.
