　　It was the case of NYC between 1992 and 1993 that has proved ....

　　于是，仅仅表达一方观点的句子，在不改动词汇的情况下，就有了很多种句法。

　　如果我们再进一步，把两个对立的观点连接起来，在句型上就更丰富了。

　　A flexible working schedule will make workers work harder. A case in NY City between 1992 and 1993 could prove it. But the lecturer disagrees with such argument and says that it was a biased and invalid case.

　　最基本的，还是在句型上做文章，我们可以把两种对立的观点连在一起，形成完整的句子，看起来更加流畅。(当然，以下为了举例中凸显每一步的变化，部分语言其实可以写的更加流畅一些)

　　1. A flexible working schedule will make workers work harder, as in the case of NYC between 1992 and 1993, an argument the lecturer disagress with, saying that it was a biased and invalid case.

　　2. A flexible working schedule will make workers work harder, as in the case of NYC between 1992 and 1993, with which the lecturer disagrees, saying that it was a biased and invalid case.

　　也可以进一步，即使两种观点分开，也可以加上连接成分。

　　A flexible working schedule will make workers work harder, as in the case of NYC between 1992 and 1993. Saying that it was biased and invalid, the lecturer disagrees with the argument.

　　(还有很多种句型，在此不一一列举了，这种简洁流畅的语言风格和WSJ, NY Times等新闻媒体比较相似，可以自行阅读体会，临摹仿写，最终形成自己的思路。)

　　我们再来看看词汇。

　　还是这个例子，say 是最基本的，托福考试的原文中肯定不会用这么基础的词汇。那我们如果要表示“表达，认为“，有多少种说法呢?

　　中性的，可以用state, believe, note........(这部分替代词汇表很多书籍都有，我就不一一列举了)

　　支持的，可以用advocate, argue in favor of ......

　　反对的，可以用contrast, diaspprove, counter.....

　　”质疑“，可以用question, cast doubt upon, be skeptical of, doubt, challenge, .......

　　除了用一个高级动词替代一个基础动词，我们还可以替代形容词，替代副词，替代名词。

　　逼格更高的玩法，是它们之间进行替代。例如，用动词结构表达原文中名词的内容，用名词结构表达形容词的内容，等等……

　　举两个例子。

　　I like the book, it is profound in ideas.

　　改： The profundity of ideas in the book attracts me. (形容词改名词结构)

　　The contract is very important to the company.

　　改： The contract is of great importance to the company.(形容词改名词结构)

　　我们来改写一下上面的句子。假如以下是原文：

　　A flexible working schedule will make workers work harder. A case in NY City between 1992 and 1993 could prove it. But the lecturer disagrees with such argument and says that it was a biased and invalid case.

　　那么如果只按上面进行句法方面的改编，我觉得还是不够的。只有改头换面的大变化，才能充分展示自己的实力，留下一个好印象。这时候就得把词汇和句法一起改。

　　The reading passage argues that a flexible working schedule may incentivize workers, citing the case of NYC between 1992 and 1993. The lecturer, however, questions the accuracy and validity of the case.

　　如果每个意群之间都互不重复，语言质量也很高，综合写作上拿高分指日可待。

　　1.2 独立写作

　　这部分比上面困难一点，主要在于：第一，要根据题目提出、发展并完善自己的观点。第二，要考虑到对立的观点。
