　　Thesis statement: it is advisable to experience different jobs prior to taking a stable job.

　　理由一：Young adults are supposed to dip into various vocations since it enables them to set a scientific career orientation.

　　理由二：different job experiences are beneficial for job candidates to single themselves out in the interview.

　　理由三：The involvement in various jobs is a precondition of better adaptation to an ultimately long-term employment.

　　In order to succeed in doing a new job, the ability to adapt oneself to the new environment is more important than the excellent knowledge of this job.

　　解题思路版本1：

　　Thesis statement: it is expertise that speaks more volume in a new working environment.

　　理由一：the excellent command of expertise enables individuals to work more efficiently.

　　理由二：employees with concrete academic knowledge are probably given more opportunities to display their potential.

　　理由三： such types of workers are more likely to win respect from colleagues and get more help in the job.

　　解题思路版本2：

　　Thesis statement: the adaptability,demonstrated in the ability to acquire vocational knowledge and interpersonal skills, exerts more favorable impacts than vocational knowledge.

　　理由一：Adaptability contributes to the acquisition of professional knowledge.

　　理由二：The ability to integrate into the new atmosphere reflects other qualities, such as excellent interpersonal and cooperative skills.

　　理由三：Any individuals with professional knowledge but no adaptability are likely to be ruled out from certain vocational circle.
