In today's technologically advanced era, there are a myriad of modes to communicate in professional settings. While some people argue for a harmonious rapport built via the face-to-face or telephonic interaction, I am inclined to deem efficiency as the primary determinant in deciding between writing or speaking for workplace communications. Undoubtedly, With the aid of email, one can convey information to multiple recipients simultaneously, transcending geographical boundaries and time differences. Time-sensitive matters, urgent updates, and critical instructions are effortlessly delivered in real-time – a characteristic unparalleled by traditional forms of communication. For instance, in my previous workplace, our team seamlessly coordinated a product launch by exchanging intricate details through emails, ensuring a successful event despite the magnitude of tasks involved. To conclude, from my unwavering perspective, the organized and productive workflow has higher priority in choosing between written or oral communication in the working environment.

Although the benefits of group learning can vary greatly depending on the individual child and their specific learning style, regardless of age, from my perspective, group learning can be particularly beneficial for teenagers, particularly those aged 14-18, as it assists in the development of their critical thinking skills. Obviously, the primary reason is that when teenagers are required to accomplish group tasks, they are often involved in discussions, debates, and problem-solving activities, which can stimulate their ability to think critically and collaboratively. For instance, my cousin benefited considerably from group learning during his high school years; to be more specific, in a business class, he and his peers were given a real-world business problem to solve, leading to the fact that this activity honed his critical thinking skills as he collaborated with his classmates to propose an effective solution after analyzing various strategies, which significantly bolstered his university application. On the contrary, very young children might not yet have the social, cognitive, or emotional skills to fully benefit from group learning; instead, they often learn best through hands-on activities in a one-on-one setting. Therefore, considering the development of critical thinking skills, I hold the notion that group learning is more beneficial for teenagers than for very young children.

Grounded in the extensive qualifications required to excel in teaching, I firmly agree that teachers deserve salaries on par with high-earning professions such as doctors or lawyers. It is prerequisite for educators to possess a deep understanding of their subject matter, pedagogical techniques, and possess the ability to personalize instruction to match the unique needs of each student. Furthermore, they are expected to stay abreast of ever-evolving educational theories and methodologies, often requiring continuous professional development to remain at the vanguard of their field. To illustrate, consider the painstaking process teachers undergo to obtain their qualifications. Teachers invest years in higher education, completing rigorous degree programs and specialized training to attain teaching certification. Despite the financial burden associated with pursuing higher education, many skilled teachers barely earn enough to cover their expenses, let alone enjoy a comfortable lifestyle. This discouraging reality not only demoralizes those passionate about teaching but also deters talented individuals from pursuing a career in education. By leveling the playing field and offering salaries commensurate to prestigious professions, we can attract and retain skilled individuals in the teaching field, ultimately benefiting the education system as a whole.

Social media influencers have emerged as a dominant force in the realm of inspiration, bringing forth a plethora of advantages in various domains. These digital mavens possess the power to motivate and influence their expansive follower base to delve into uncharted territories like the realm of fashion, encouraging the exploration of new interests and unlocking extraordinary experiences. Renowned influencers, armed with their keen eye for style and exceptional ability to present themselves professionally, can inspire their followers to experiment with unique ensembles and elevate their own personal fashion sense. By showcasing their own distinctive fashion choices, influencers can effectively transmit a sense of confidence and creativity, empowering their followers to step outside their comfort zones and embrace new styles that align with their individual tastes. For instance, some fashion influencers, such as Chiara Ferragni with millions of followers, might sport unconventional combinations of patterns, textures, and colors, which pique the curiosity of their followers, ultimately motivating them to experiment and explore similar avant-garde fashion choices. The consequent ripple effect of these fashion inspirations facilitates the self-expression and self-confidence of individuals, fostering a vibrant and diverse fashion culture.

Although a surge in the number of students due to free college education may potentially lead to overcrowded institutions and a decline in the quality of education, I believe that the government should provide free college education as it can boost local economic growth. Obviously, the primary reason is that when capable students can receive higher education without worrying about tuition, more individuals will be equipped with advanced knowledge and specialized skills needed in today’s job market, which means that there will be a more educated workforce, contributing to innovation and increased productivity. For instance, in 2014, Germany abolished tuition fees for undergraduate students at all public universities, which led to a dramatic increase in university enrollment, thereby expanding the pool of educated individuals in the workforce and providing the country with a strong economy. On the other hand, if colleges are not free for all, capable students from low-income families will be prevented from pursuing higher education, which can result in a less skilled workforce and hinder economic growth. Therefore, I hold the notion that governments should cover all the college tuition costs as it contributes to the development of the local economy.
